Authentik Forward Proxy

After following https://youtu.be/g-pbzAaYMq4?si=IRHM0AuPqbJNaXMB I was able to get authentik installed.

I had to include AUTHENTIK_REDIS__PORT as a variable since the default port was already taken.

Now thanks to https://piotrkrzyzek.com/how-to-setup-use-authentik-with-simple-forward-proxy/ i'm able to use it as a proxy instead of authelia now. Simply I must do the following in Authentik.

1.Create a provider

Choose proxy provider

Name: Test
Authorization Flow: implicit
External Host: https://test.website.com
Internal Host: http://localip:port
Uncheck internal host SSL Validation

2. Create the application

Name: The name
Policy: Any
Provider: Test app

3.Add it to your default outpost

4. In Nginx Proxy Manager forward the subdomain to the authentik internal ip address.
